  • An overview of the debt recovery process (Minor Civil Dispute – Minor Debt).
  • The various options for debt recovery and their benefits.
  • When to use QCAT (Qld Civil Administrative Tribunal) or Queensland Magistrates Court 'Claim' as part of the process.
  • How to get and enforce a ‘Judgment’.
  • How a Bailiff/Sheriff can seize and sell property to recover your debt.
You will also receive an easy to understand and complete workshop manual that fully explains every step of the process. This manual has never been made available before so be one of the first to get their hands on it!
